"Coffee with half-and-half and Splenda," is really three separate items. More often than not, a detailed log would be "coffee" at a particular serving size, "half-and half" at a particular serving size, and "Splenda" at a particular serving size. The only items that may combine them are commercial, branded items where someone has already made the decision on ingredient combinations for us.
